From source material to reviewed response
Follow the core workflow for preparing RFP and security questionnaire answers with your team.

Create a project
Start a new RFP or security questionnaire response from the Dashboard.
- Select Start New RFP.
- Enter a project name, client name, and project type.
- Create the project to open the editor.

Add source documents
Build your Answer Library from the policies, product material, and past responses your team relies on.
- Open Answer Library from the sidebar.
- Upload a PDF or plain-text document up to 10 MB.
- Wait for ProposalVault to extract and index the document text.

Import questionnaire questions
Bring in question lists from CSV or Excel on Starter and Growth, or extract PDF questions on Growth.
- Choose Import Project from the Dashboard.
- Upload your CSV, XLS, or XLSX file and confirm the column mapping.
- Add the project details and complete the import.

Select a question
Open a project and choose the questionnaire item you want to draft first.
- Open My Projects and select the project.
- Choose a question in the editor.
- Review any existing answer, status, or notes before generating a draft.

Generate an AI draft
Generate a suggested answer from relevant content in your Answer Library.
- Use the AI generation control for the selected question.
- Review the one-time AI processing notice when it appears.
- Wait for the generated draft, source list, and confidence indicators.

Review and apply the answer
Treat every AI response as a draft and verify it against your approved source material before use.
- Read the draft and inspect the sources shown beneath it.
- Edit the wording, accuracy, and completeness as needed.
- Use the answer to save it to the selected question.

Export or manage your team
When the response is ready, export supported project formats or invite collaborators from Team Settings.
- Paid plans can export supported PDF, CSV, and custom Word formats.
- Use Team Settings to invite members as Viewer, Editor, or Admin.
- Keep workspace members and source documents current between projects.
